The fabric is just the right weight to wrap around my hips and chest and hide my little belly in a straight line. It's well sewn and it's the kind of fabric that won't fade. For the price, you really can't go wrong with this purchase. Of course, I haven't washed it yet, but I think I'm going to air dry this one just to be safe.
